This is my first encounter with whoopie pies - I have seen them all over the blogosphere and thought it was about time I made some too.
Hotel Chocolat kindly sent me some 40% Milk Chocolate Drops, these easy melt baby buttons can be used for cooking or eaten from the packet, either way they are totally delicious.The whoopie pies are made with Hotel Chocolat Organic Cocoa Powder (a must have for any baker), the filling is whipped double cream topped with raspberries (sadly not from my garden because my stock has now been eaten), the topping is simply melted Milk Chocolate Drops.
